Why not just suggest certain techs be cheaper?

Shielding is one that comes to mind. Not game breaking but could encourage the use of infrequently used ship specs.

I’m not 100% sure what the question is. But income will change depending on the lowest economy in any trade. If economy goes up or down the income from the trade route does the same.

to be fair it's 5 vs. 3, not particularly conclusive. Yeah but if you take away mod votes..or mods slipping into sham accounts, it would be 5-zip We are actually not allowed to vote on polls as a mod and it’s highly frowned upon to vote in our normal accounts either.
