I thought everyone dislikes the fighter drop fleets? Why add in exceptions to fleet maintenance to make them just as powerful as the 1.5 servers?

Really, it’s not as kewl as you might think it is. When you hear it’s dead, we mean it is DEAD. But a lot of bugs get worked out before new features are rolled out and that’s really the purpose.

I would recommend not limiting only a certain unit, especially fighters. They’ve already been nerfed, perhaps you can exclude “shield” defenses? Disruptor and Planetary shields still receive the 1% bleedthrough. But I would say that’s not likely to be well received either. As a side note, adjusting ...

Maybe change the tech to reduce bleedtheough damage. Currently 1% bleeds through. Maybe reduce bleed through by .05% per level with a HARD cap at level 19, .95% reduction? Soft cap would end up between 14 and 15, so .7% and .75% reduction.
