If wiz was really worried about helping the lower ranked players, he would extend level protections beyond level 30, make pillaged bases safe from attack for predetermined amount of time and like swear said. We need new features and content. We don't need unrest helping the noobs that don't really play anyway. Why don't they just make better more extensive level protections to keep lower level players safe? I would be ok with that. I don't believe in perma occupying someone or hitting way below my level...

If they wanted to make permanent occupations tougher, they could easily place occupation limits on all players.

They haven't done that yet, so why would they do this?
