This is already being discussed here: http://forum.astroempires.com/viewtopic.php?f=140&t=125638 I put forward the idea of automatic fleet movement launch to allow guilds to better coordinate. I am sure others have suggested that in the past. Regardless it is an idea that needs to be considered....

I think one big area of improvement is to be able to allow guilds to better coordinate fleet movements. Sometimes guilds would like everyone to move at the exact same time. I would like to see a feature that lets you set up one automatic fleet movement per day, with at most 24 hours advanced notice....

Seems like command centers should tie into unrest somehow. How about command centers increase the fleet attacking power by it's current value plus by the percentage of the unrest or something like that.

Do not give everyone in your guild permission to use the reports. Also I find it useful to search for my own guild. It lets me find the best jumpgates.

Spying is part of the game and adds a dimension to it.
