I guess I calculated one month - but 75000000/3/30.5/24 = 34153 per hour is still an impressive prod cap :D

I still don't understand what "OP prod is OP" means.

Puri lost 75m fleet, to rebuild that in 3 months he'd need a prod cap of over 100k.

Automated fleet movement wouldn't be so bad if it could only happen every full hour or so. You would still land and sit on your base for some time / could still not automatically get a perfect launch sync.

Sandcastle Smasher's proposal doesn't differentiate between somebody who just lost his fleet and somebody who never had one to begin with. Sounds good - how will that be calculated? As a percentage subtracted from the production capacity on each base? Slowing the growth of the big fleets does help the owners of smaller fleets closing the gap. Giving small fleets a boost does the same because it is the same save for the wording.
