hello there; this may be a surprise you, but I have broadcasted the following message to members of your guild more than 5-6 times before; so, either you're taking the piss (suit you), or you're just not talking to each other (suit you, too).

A member of your guild built a base in this region; i offered big compensation for him to disband and build anywhere else in the galaxy; i was ignored; seeing that i have won this galaxy (im the last survivor from the original inhabitants), and that i simply can force my way with things (although i always try nice first), I am going to attack and perma occupy any HYPER I come across
i will not stop, in fact you give me a reason to keep playing this server
when your guild disbands any bases in this region and stops sending scouts to this region, then I will let go of ALL hyper bases and NEVER attack you again; if I EVER see even a scout from HYPER in this region, I will attack again in full force

As these battle reports and his own words clear shows he is Permanently Occupying any of our guilds bases he can find. After 24 hours he releases the occ and then reoccupies the base. This one player has clearly and deliberately violated the pack and has refused to stop until he gets what he personally wants. No player has the right to disregard a pact for any reason what so ever. That is how it has always been and how it will continue to be.
So to end We the [HYPER] NEW HYPERION ORDER guild are officially taking our complaint here since in-game diplomacy and reasoning has failed to resolve this terrible issue.
