I nightmare of Ddos here by challenge the rest of Kappa to a Arena war. Bring your 5 best, brightest, and most active against ours. Here are the perimeters.

1. War limited to 60's cluster.
2. Each warring guild must post their 5 member team here prior to the war.
3. MAX 40m combat fleet, RC's will not count against 40m fleet total, and are encouraged to stay out of cluster until cleaning is needed. (Unless this violates the kappa pact to the point where any 1 Alliance gm has a problem with it, and posts so here. In which case we would revert to 40m fleet total.)
4. War will last from MAY 12 12:00:00ST until May 18 12:00:00.
5. JG lending will not be permitted unless to exit a gal that said guild has no jg. (may not borrow jg to attack)
6. Only the declared players may take action against one another.
7. At the expiration of the war players will be allowed to clean, and leave without hostility.
8. Concrete proof (screen shot, etc.) of violations of any of these rules, will result in a 10X mandatory payback of derbs or 300k derbs for "non derb violations", such as too much fleet, jg lending to attack, etc.)

I suggest we keep the Recs as part of the 40M fleet make up. This will force people to be more strategic in deciding what to bring to the battle as far as attack fleet goes.

WOLF is working on fielding a team to accept this challenge unless it is accepted and met by another guild before we officially announce our acceptance.

We might have problems finding 5 members with 40m fleet and enough time for two weeks of frantic activity.

The rules don't state it explicitly: Will all players enter the arena with 40m and stay there two weeks without any further reinforcements?

War is only 1 week. No reinforcements (you guys would not fair well against Ddos otherwise)

I think we might be increasing this to a 400M vs 400M War, and ofc if KAOS wants to join WOLF in the event we too lack enough on short notice then maybe we can pull this off. I have 9 people so far, but we might end up with 11 due to the fact some people in that 9 have WAAAY under the 40m limit and so we need to bring in a cpl others to compensate.

This was puri's suggestion. So long as we dont go over the 40M limit per player and or the 400M combined total. So I will have a better idea in another day or so who all our team will be and if we still have room, maybe a few KAOS players will wanna join in
