9 people is really nothing for us honestly dude... a requirement for every op is being reachable by phone constantly with ring on high and being withing 5 minutes of a computer. if u cant meet the reqs you dont come... we use skype we dont issue recalls unless everyone is there and online unless we absolutely have to
