In regards to having a 2:1 advantage, you DO have a 2:1 advantage. I was factoring in the 20's vs the 10's. CAD/IMP vs OFACE. Considering IMP has never launched without help from CAD.

not quite there yet, still missing 300k fleet for that...
and the fact imp/cad would have to go outside cluster means that between 15% to 20% would stay in the 20´s (fighters/fleets on base, some inactives) , and oface would have home advantage, to let fighter traps on imps landing in the 10´s, and even the inactive fleets helping on a crash.
so no, 20´s dont have 1:2 advantage over 10´s...
