I don't remember the BORG thing which is bad since I've been here since the start lol. The formation of SUIT was because STRIP in the upper 30s and SDR in the lower 30s needed to be one for better communication if we were invaded again so we merged.

And Bob it is quite simple. You cut 150 mil dead weight or people that have been giving info ( yes we know you got one in so go stroke your epeen ) and you gain full ques, happier player base, and less people to worry about. Let me put this in more simple terms for you
