Nard farewell post is a self examination. He is one of those GMs that treat people like *beep* and makes the guild give him UCs, one of the GMs that cant be arsed to explain anything and surrounds himself with nothing but "yes men". He is also one of those trolls that if someone doesnt agree with him he gets angry and starts spouting insults.

So basically Nard is quitting AE cause he cant tolerate himself.

Sam carter is one of the "yes wo/men" of Nard. Reality is Nard quit cause MOE derbed his fleet and he was butt hurt about it, he made an announcement about quitting 2 hours after.

I think this is the attitude more people should be taking on both Andy and Sam leaving the game. Whether you liked them or not, treat others with respect. Except for Pipe...do trolls know what respect is? jk

I do have to pause to take on one accusation made against Andy though. Never once in my year + playing AE with him did he ever demand an Occupation or UC from me. I never really recall him demanding anything from anyone in the guild except to respect each other, keep arguments private and not on the guild boards and make sure to save some cookies for him from the frequent bbq's held on my planets. (I have the best cookies in the universe )

I still laugh about that time I as a spai in your AA nova guild decided to level the playing field and tell you about some mistakes you were making. And even who else was a spai for another guild. Your response of no it's fine and he is ok was brilliant, pure genius. In fact I could go on quite a bit about how I sincerely offered to help you win. But at each level your grandiose behavior spurned that help away in similar fashion..

I can testify the difference is night and day.

Guilds should model how Addex does things in guild internally. He does it correctly.

Royal is probably the best run guild I have been in since I played in ancient Delta as a member of WMD.
