It is not Pre-server agreed. I hate zergs. Hence why I made this fail of a law. Regardless of your beliefs, I actually DO care about the server itself. My goals have been the same since server start.

There is no way to guarantee that you don't bring into 03 more than 115% after the crash. Fleet in and outs can't be controlled. Even you can't scout your members all the time.
The only way is to reduce the number of players in war guild for a fair use of the law.

1. Swapping names = impersonating.

2. I was there for the crash and I didn't get hit once, I was one of the last left so I moved not to feed you more derbs. And then came and killed like 500k recs today.
