If the merge between SYN and ADHD is legal to your eyes, so is the addition of players that knock at our door asking to come in, in the end we are not recruiting, we are accepting volunteers

The merge during war wasn't legal. Again, that was why DOGE was able to continue attacking ADHD members even under SYN's tag. You can't just interpret the law one way when it benefits you, then the opposite way when it doesn't.

I am not complainng about the law, we has a NAP with SYN that SYN decided to break when they attacked our training guild, with the excuse we were recruiting in SYNs SH, while the players that had moved from Doge to Meme were in the guild since the CF of Doge/ADHD vs SYN fight, that wa ps before the law.

This is not the case. I have list of members who deserted AFTER CF was voided by council.

Council didn't put KOS on ADHD members, they just decided the CF terms are broken and the war should continue. Therefore DOGE has no right to announce ADHD members as rogues and try to escape from the Drako Law conditions. The prewar conditions apply and total war time is bound to 10 days.

The extended period of the war is already over and all the hits after Aug 28th are violations. The war is over, ADHD members need a rest before something starts (or you can interpret that ADHD does not exist, then we are now SYN members and attacking us in our SH without a proper war declaration to SYN is another violation)
Today my bases are again hit with multiple violations at the same time
a) War is over and those hits in our SH is violations
b) Bases are permaocced in our SH, it is a clear violation
c) Bases are occed without allowing it to recover, it is a clear violation

DOGE should change the tag to VILE and should be put under KOS.

The council decision was not fair either since the merge is announced 24h prior to DOGE formally and DOGE didn't object it. We have proof of skype logs, which were posted by One several times.

After council voided CF, SYN and DOGE made another agreement, where SYN respected to the conditions but DOGE broke it without any valid argument. Despite the treachery and outrageous behaviour of DOGE, their presence in 03 and 05 is still not sentenced by the council, therefore the council is practically lost its judge position and therefore their decision of voiding the ADHD/SYN merge is not valid either.
