Firstly don't get too excited, yes it is a one man guild verse another one man guild but who cares, right?

As a new empire in an overly dead and inactive server, I took it upon myself to farm the low level inactives that the big boys aren't able to farm themselves. In doing this I came across [A.K.P] DarkStar and scout tapped a number of his bases.

A player that was level 22 at the time with account nearing a year old, one only assumes s/he was inactive. How else can someone explain a player only being level 22 after almost a year!

But there was retaliation! This resulted in one of my own bases being occupied for 41 hours and short skirmishes within the region.

Farms shouldn't fight back and so the Crimson Mercenaries declare war on the Astro Knight for supremacy of the galaxy and rights to farm.

The war has lasted 5 days now in which the only action Darkstar has taken was to occupy my only base in his galaxy with heavy losses to his forces then for me to break the occupation, build up defences again ready for his next attempt. This cycled three times. Half of Darkstar's bases are scout tappable, so I have kept 5 bases under occupation and pillage them daily, no effort has been made to free them.

As I don't have jump gates my military resources are limited out of my home galaxy, so I spoke to another local one man guild based in the same galaxy as [A.K.P]. He was willing to join The Crimson Mercenaries with promise of profits and at the time to even the numbers.
