.... no, that's not how it works. it's also not technically the same as 10/10, but for rating purposes it might as well be.

and nothing has changed since the last time i rated your avi, it's still awful. for how often you post in this thread, you could at least take the hint and get one that isn't full of compression artifacts, or is perhaps a little more recognizable.

i like my avatar, i know what it it, some people do to, and i like the big blob of color on it as it fits what it is... so even if you rate it -17/10 id still love it as much as i love it even if you rate it 10/10

It doesn't matter if she is twenty-one, she looks fourteen. And an ugly fourteen, to boot - she isn't even mildly attractive (of course, neither was my last wife). I can understand homely, as looks are a non-factor in love; I don't understand how any mature, adult male could possibly find any attraction to someone who looks so young, much less share anything in common as a cornerstone to love. The only logical conclusion is lust, which I find abhorrent in the area of girls who look underage.

Also bear in mind that this is only my expressed personal opinion and in no way should be construed as a judgment of any type.
