Is this server alive enough for new pacts/alliances/guilds?

Bit of an old newbie here, Is this server alive enough for a new guild to make something happen? What point/size/level does a guild tend to get involved in the server politics in an interesting way? Anyone willing to work with a new guild of newbies?

It's alive however I doubt a new Alliance could start and grow, many players are established and have strong Fleets and are in control of their clusters.

You would be attacked as soon as you crossed the level 30 mark unless you got into one of the pre established guilds.

But anything is possible based on who you know. A newer server like Sigma or iridium you may have a better chance on, but I would still say start with a fresh server when it gets released in a month or two

Thanks for the responses guys. I've got a guild and an alliance going on hydra, but I'll check out the new server when it comes out too.
