3 of them (used to be 4) had 41 days.

1 of me after under a week

put out my first OS and my fleet total is larger than theirs.

I have seen some fails before... I have even been some of those fails.

If you measure a guild by how much enjoyment you get out of the game... well, that's the real measure, right? This isn't life, its for fun.

So, my top guilds, from the perspective of "I logged in to have a good time"

1) NASA - Movie Quote Competitions, Song Competitions, Find the... umm... nevermind... its non-stop fun and very active.
2) USSV - I will absolutely not explain this unless the thread gets moved to TT. But... yeah... kinda insane. I learned... all kinds of things that I thought that I should never share with my children... until two of my four oldest became fujoshi >.< (where, oh where did i go wrong...)
3) UAST - Merci and Sudhara... wherever you are... miss u two
4) SNM - what's not to like about having the trade board replaced by shirtless firefighters? boards were lively and quite insane
5) XI - SNM merged into XI, so half the credit goes to the SNM crew... but the XI guys were great too. And I'll never forget the midget viking with the.. inappropriate hat
6) ASAE - w/e people think of their play style, the boards are interesting with a lot of academic chatter. i learned more about astronomy in guild that i did in school. and there's some people there who were great supports when my life fell apart some months ago (both elephants and bunnies never forget ).
7) 3Sum - small Epsi guild... most of us used selfies for avatars and would post several asking advice which to pick for that week/month... we were a small guild, so hiding from the big peeps led to a kind of comical atmosphere.
8) RSG - there were two servers I GM'ed small guilds on. The one with Wlerin was special cos.. well, Wlerin. but I had a lot of fun with these and got to know the people inside them pretty well. The P server RSG merged into Sassy's Guild Pants, and that was pretty good too.

Interestingly enough, none of the guilds that I was in where I had high rank accounts appear. Sure, they might have been good fighting guilds and it was.. hmm... rewarding in the way you might feel about a job where you received a lot of awards. But... idk. Games are games and work is work, right?

Worst guild would be Mira War Legend. Guild was so bad that I seriously thought to take my two galaxies and break off from (real) cloak. In retrospect (and given the eventual civil war), it would have been the better move. By far...
