The game server Andromeda have experienced game lag yesterday that affected all players for a period of time, caused by a extremely high peak of activity.
We will review the issue in order to optimize the game/servers to reduce the issue.
We apologize for all the inconvenient. As a small compensation we have given 7 extra days of upgrade to upgraded accounts in the Andromeda server.

During this week we have made improvements and optimizations to the system to improve the capacity during high peaks of activity, and we will keep working on this.
Features recent added to the game, like the real time notifications, save regions recent seen, etc... have increased servers processing and are being optimized.
We have also increased the priority of processing fleets arrive over most of the others events.
As side note our game servers and databases run on quality servers, using the latest Intel Xeon processors and 128GB DDR3 of RAM, with plenty of bandwidth. Most of the time the game runs on less than 8% of the processors capacity, that value is only passed when peak of activity occur.
