Community Forum Update

The community forum was updated to the more recent version of the phpBB forum software.

Unfortunately due to the major upgrade of the forum software the old skin is no longer compatible with the new version, thus a new skin was implemented. During the next days we will still made corrections and improvements to the new skin.
