Dear players,

Due to unexpected problems with a fiber line near Lisbon our servers were unaccessible for a few hours, affecting not only AE but all companies using this line. The servers were running fine, but this problem prevented anyone from accessing them.

Luckily the problem seems to have been fixed now and all services should be online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience.

As it happens with every downtime we experience, events such as queues, etc, take a while to update properly, so please give it some time as they will all go back to normal soon enough.
