Important: Delta/Juno situation

Dear players,

For those who are just reading about this now, the Delta and Juno servers are under a DoS attack (Denial of Service), which has caused them to go offline most of the time. We have disabled the login to those servers until the problem is completely solved and the servers restored.

The current situation is that the Datacenter, where our servers are hosted, have contacted their ISP so the IPs of the attackers are blocked (at least until the attack ceases), which should be done by this Monday at 12h00 (game time), at which time we expect to restore the Delta and Juno servers.

Any new updates or delays will be posted here and on our Facebook page.

Finally, please accept our apologies for this downtime, but it's really out of our control. Thank you for your patience.

Astro Empires Delta/Juno servers are still suffering a DDoS (distributed denial-of-service attack) attack.
We still don’t have a prevision from our host of when this will be resolved.
We will let you know when we have news on this.

We are going to try a temporary solution for the DoS attack. The Delta and Juno IPs have been changed and you will now be able to login to both servers directly from our homepage (http://www.astroempires.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). This will be a temporary solution until the can completely halt the attack on our servers.

The servers will reopen at exactly 19h00 (game time), at which point you will need to go to our homepage at http://www.astroempires.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and click on the server name you wish to login (Delta or Juno).

We will keep you updated on the situation as soon as we get more information. Hopefully in the meantime this should allow you to resume your gameplay on both servers.

As a small compensation for the downtime, a 7 days upgrade extension has been added to all upgraded accounts on the Delta and Juno servers.

The delta.astroempires.com and the juno.astroempires.com domains are now working fully again. You no longer need to use the IP or login from the homepage. Hopefully this is the end of this dreadful situation.
