After working together in small teams, and successfully executing a "Player Targeting" Op:
Put forth efforts to run more "Zone Coverage" in lowers Galaxies. This may be less profitable short term, but increases security over time.
And/Or
Gather Intel and execute more advanced "Player Targeting" Ops in other clusters. This should be aimed towards profit and counter spec assignment.
As always, attacking trades for better ratios than Occupation is encouraged.
