hello game administrators i seem to be having trouble accessing my in game account to manage my ships and resources if you could have someone call me at your earliest convenience that would be excellent thank you in advance for your time and consideration

You need to click on support st the top right of this page, then click on "emergency support ticket" - that's the form you need to get their attention. They don't browse the forums much.
