Change on Destroyers and Recyclers speed

The Destroyers unit is not being much used currently, to turn them a bit more appealing we will increase the base speed from 5 to 6.

We will also increase Recyclers base speed from 5 to 6 to keep them at same speed as Destroyers.

This change will be introduced during the next week.
