Starting galaxy option

Currently the game has 2 starting galaxy options:

1) Streamline – Placement starts at galaxy x00 and moves to the next one when the galaxy is full.

2) Choose a galaxy – You can choose a galaxy to start.

The first option will be changed, instead of a streamline, it will be changed to recommended galaxy. In this option the game will choose a random galaxy from one of the less populated ones.

The reason is to spread better the new accounts, instead of putting them all in a few galaxies. Avoiding new players starting in crowd galaxies when there are others with few bases.

This update will be implemented in the next few days.
