ROCKY was initially called BALLZ, and was a joint operations guild from the forces of the ASU. This comprised of 13th, DEVIL, WAR, H*H, WRYS, VAN, and some minor guilds at the time.

This was also around the time of Sandcat and DSA (05.06.10 - 22.12.10)

DT is in .14 (hardly a secret, they have been there about 2 years at least), and the current pew-pew of scouts is happening in .09.

However, who in this case is "ASU" - that is the interesting part, and what is the "official cause for the dissolution" as it were. I'm curious as to the spin that will be played out.. Of course it's just BS lol - but always interested in the spin that comes out.

Now if you want the server to be fun again, allow people to grow and have structured fighting. Because at the moment, with the pending elimination of DT, there will be faced off with two guilds (ASG v HeiHo). HGMNY will have to ally itself for survival to one or the other (is the way I see it).

Which guild, and define time period for contextual placement..

DT - Enpty or after - ie reign of Feryta or after?
KoW - ChocolateMouse, Rafen, Neptune, Magic/Juan Salvo..
ASG/DSA/ASG - Pof, Sandcat, Pof, V4V

I was working my way through their bases in C49 when they convinced [DT] BuckRogers (or maybe it was spoon - I forget) to protect them. I was heavily outgunned by DT at the time in C49, so I laid off for the most part; that protection soon became bigger with all of DT protecting them. Then, of course, SET merged with DT, and it continued. Once I had some more muscle I went back to farming asg, and that pretty much continued until I quit Ceti.

I vaguely remember him. ASG was always one of those guilds which were mid 40's.. so I didn't have much cause to go there. I think I only went to the 40's to do over DOOM with the Smurf brigade.

Sounds like B.R. I knew B.R from *TD* as he was always about protecting others.

Ah, the merging of SETDT - now that was a long time ago. (You often forget a lot of these aconyms as the years go by..).

I was talking to someone about BOS the other day, and how they got turned back by Binky, GM of *TE* when he stormed their LZ in C67 with a quad of titans and repelled the guild's blob landing.. (this is before the days of the timed calcs, and when activity was an autogiven to everyone, and you could see how many seconds had elapsed, instead of min/hours/days..
