3rd time Vaygr was warned NOT to send fleet to C41, which is one of two systems most heavily patrolled on the Ceti server at the moment. The other being C09. With the appearance of the announcement on the guild threatening his expulsion, it was decided that the fleet gets shot on it's return, in case he suicided on own troops or friendlies. Twin Dragon was removed on suspicion of being a multi.
