ST declares war on Anime and Outlaws of the West

With Battalion rediness back over 85% the troopers are starting another war game exercise:

Start: July 3rd 00:00:01 Server Time
End: August 1, 00:00:01 Server Time

Terms:
No blob crashes (Blob 1 per guild, and 200+ million in size)
Internal guild trades only - (ST will NOT plunder ANIME-OOTW trades)
Occs 50K for UC/Inactives, 200K for Drekons (why does everyone say this when SHLD is hogging all the drekon bases?)
Previously hit bases must have: 1) Defenses at 100% -OR- 2) Base owner fleet > 50K on base
1 unshielded unit (Frigate, Destroyer, Recycler, Corvette, Fighter) left behind after derbs cleaned

We fully expect the Toons to materialize in the AE universe long enough to do some damage just the same way we expect the outlaws to come out shooting.
