The Grave Yard
The Grave Yard
A guild is more than just a Tamgotchi. We should hold them, love them, cherish them, and clean up their poop. But we ALSO get to smash them together in a cloud of derbs from time to time. Actually a guild is JUST LIKE a Tamagotchi.
With the collapse of GOMN this week I thought it might be nice for us to make a definitive list of all ex-Delta guilds so we can all come in here and get a little weepy and emotional from time to time.
So here's a short list off the top of my head. Will update it as we go along.
SRZBZ - died September 2008 - have fun in perdition - RIP
SNES - died December 2008 - life support switched off, vegetative state over - RIP
WOLF - died Saturday 10th August 2009 - slain in combat - RIP
DDoW - died Saturday 12th December 2009 - moved to a higher place - RIP
So go ahead and post your obituaries, and anyone who wants their old guild to be given a proper burial just post the details of when it died. If people don't like me listing a cause of death on the 'tomb stone' when most likely the reasons for a guilds death are much more complicated I'll remove them. Names that jump to my mind if anyone has or can find the details are vRAID and from my home galaxies SMURF NES butterflys SRSBZ.
*This thread is not for political wrangling*
So no laying blame, no spamming, no baw, no drama.
Stick to facts on the lifetime of the guilds, or to post-humous love notes and affectionate anecdotes.

Gotta add LOL. Such good times had there.
See, he's a helicopter pilot by day, but by night he fights crime, as a werewolf
When in doubt, kill it with fire.

Re: The Grave Yard
Don't know the date as it was a while back but HORDE would be a good one to add.
Also
PCP didn't exactly die but it doesn't exist as a official guild any more (the tag merge creation used the PCP guild as the base to create if from)
Oh and almost obligatory, SAD
So
If people can get dates
PCP
HORDE
SAD
*edit*
Oh and how can i forget
The guild that acted as most of delta's training guild and the guild that was the first guild i called home after starting ae (they got me to join with that dam thing where they link the apply to this guild url with bb code >.>)
FED (and FED1)

It was mainly me perma occing all thier bases in D57 that made them try to invade us anyway, we got swarm fleets + the wolverines (who where still wolf back then not fleet methinks) to wait for them, then you hit their launch point and they started to recall into you.
That took alot of organisation to make that trap for them >.>
And you guys never even thanked me yet
