They are not attacking me they are attacking a guild I was going to join. I I applied after I made up my mind but the Guild leader sent me a PM telling me what was going on and advised me not to join) I am not a super player by any means but I have played before on another server and game etiquette was always attacks are fun and part of the game but after the attack and profit u move on you dont leave a gazzilion fleet on another players base and ruin the game for him or her.

I wasnt asking anyone to do anything just curious that its like this on epsilon. No wonder this server is dying off. attacking for profit is one thing but just being a penis is another.

You should join Alpha then. Everyone lives in harmony and such

It is not like this in all games, most older strategy games have safe guards to keep level 100 players from beating down level 30 players. I cant even see how that is fun for the guy beating the other guy down. In most other older strategy games the admin/game creator realize that players who have been playing for years have a huge advantage over newer players, not because they are necessarily better just because they are more built up. For instance in one game I play u can only attack someone 15 levels below you unless he attacks first. In AE a player level 100 can hit a guy level 30 and then drop leviathans on his base. That is ridiculous.

Thats why they keep making new servers, that way you dont have to start 3 years behind everyone else

Probably fortunately, AE has an inclusive approach to its forum community.
It is, of course, possible to get yourself banned permanently but that is for repeated serious breaches of the rules. Being a pain or a bit of an idiot, or posting late at night when "tired and emotional" does not count - which is really probably just as well.
