IDK what you're talking about and I'm not sure where you can extract "OMG I HATE BOB" from what I just said. I don't like people lieing and bob does do that a lot. Bob is not one of my favorite guilds cause while you're stance on politics is that you don't do them you're members do which is ok with the guild as a whole. I would just like Bob to ally with the former BRO guilds and be done with it because by de facto you are. Again I just find it funny how you state the whole is one thing yet the individual parts do another.

Don, I dont think Easy was saying that you hate BOB, he was just being ironic - I am certain that you dont actually hate anybody in AE (I think).

As far as your dislike of BOB, well BOB does not set out to court friendship - we act in our members interests only, relations with others are always secondary to that.
BOB does not lie to others - I would not be a member of a Guild that does that - maybe there may be misunderstandings, but these can always be sorted out through communication. You do not believe that BOB dosen't do politics. Well we don't - as simple as that.
Members individually have stances on other guilds & people - but that is an individual thing.
It may "appear" that BOB takes a political stance - but from the ticker, you would see that BOB attacks are spread right across all Guilds & are based on profitability of the attack. There are other guild bases in our homeland(s) that are well defended & have done nothing particularly nasty to us - they are left alone.
If you were actually in our Guild you would see from the posts, that what may appear to be a Guild decision to outsiders, is nothing like that at all with people for & against it & those for it basing their decisions on profitability not politics.

Its an interesting point - may be worthwhile to invite some of BOBs "hereditary" enemies to visit so they could really see for themselves - but that is just my opinion

I tryed to get what used to be RAGE guilds(ie AA/Omega) to help before we came. Shot down at the first talks saying they see you as allies which I could see. Never pressed it farther cause if I was in AA/Omega I would to.

Well you should have, personally I have been in RAGE & Omega. Other BOBs have as well and personally I see AA & Omega as allies. However that does not mean that I could set up in AA & Omega territory & neglect my defenses & not expect AA & Omega fleets to derb me as it would be my own fault.

AA and Omega fleets coming to our territory - well personally generally I would see them as allies. yet, there are some very few AA players silly enough to come without getting safe conduct guarantees - well I would love to derb them if I could and they me

Likewise - some Goonion players came to 47/48 I would leave them alone because I have good relations with them.

At present I think an AA related player just got derbed by BOB because he brought a big fleet to us without checking it it was OK to do so. Was nothing personal nor political, just a really tempting target.

I guess BOB is a bit like Switzerland more or less, not aligned sort of but usually involved - the problem always has been people make asssumptions about us without really testing them.
