Ranks Page: add Auto Scout highest number of regions scouted

Could the top Auto Scouts be added to the Ranks page? For a little bit of friendly server competition between everyone, list the top auto scouters showing their highest number of Regions scouted during a 7 day period. Similar to the seven day report we see from our Empire/Reports link. But instead of changing the Ranks report every 7 days, continue to show the Best 7 day result for each player, for the entire life of the server. For example: if during a 7 day period someone auto scouted 1500 regions, list the nick and the number of regions auto scouted (1500) as the #1 Top Scouter for the entire life of the server. As the numbers are exceeded by others, then change the ranking. Maybe list the top 50.
