The Noise v SGC war ends at 02:00 today. There will be a 3 week DNH period after.

Fate declares war on Noise effective at the end of the 3 week DNH period. In other words, the war will start 3 weeks from 02:00today.

So what happens if, two and a half weeks from today, Noise declare on, say, DOA? The pact specifically mentions that the currently warring guilds may choose to enter another war if they so desire in that 3 weeks period. You've just come along and forced your war declaration on them with no consideration for their rights to choose their own war. Which war gets preference?

I mean, if we can't be gentlemanly about this whole war thing, we would have anarchy.

By the way, is it a server-pact violation if you claim a pact on your guild page, eg from http://fenix.astroempires.com/guild.aspx?guild=4447 "Pacted with [TE]" and then blatantly violate that pact as in [Fate] Amumu vs. [TE] Hoarid losses: 1245 / 2370 ?

As the 48hr period from declaration has passed Fate cannot add anymore players for the purposes of gates or bulking up. Only players can be shed to keep fleet numbers to no greater than 120% of Noise fleet.

CF, you are full of crap and you know it. Just trying to find ways to break the pact yourself.

As you know, it took Noise until AFTER the effective date of their supposed war with SGC to even form Abyss let alone get the first 5 members there. And you know you added Bob the Undertaker to Abyss around day 16 of your war, right?

Yet now you're claiming Fate's numbers are fixed in place even before our war has started -- you're still in DNH, remember? That's why we declared with an effective date later than that.

We were preparing to get our numbers down to 120% of yours. Now I see that Noise and XI are merging. I can only assume you intend to break the pact and come for us this weekend. If that's the case, I'd rather you just say so so that everyone can stop wasting time on diplomacy.

Our war doesn't start till the end of your DNH period. AT that point, we need to be at 120% of the size of your guild. We were intending to start shedding players to get down to that figure next week. Just like Noise did when it made Abyss AFTER the effective date of its war against SGC. We were going to do the same thing.

So our "2 billion fleet advantage" would have been 20% of your size.

Noise is breaking the pact as we speak. And your explanation makes no sense.
