So, a player is not worthy when he/she refuses to lick the boots of LOVE or RD and stay in his own guild in times of crisis?

I meant smashing the FCs into base defenses more than H-IV members going to LOVE/RD. I can see both sides of that fence though.

You have to be pissed at those people after they have played with you for so long, and then when the going gets tough, they take the easy way out and join the winning side.

On the other hand, you can't blame them for leaving. H-IV is/was practically a dead guild. Jumping ship was their only way of saving their accounts.

I, personally, would never abandon my guild and jump to the enemy guild. That's low in my opinion.

We actually didn't take most of the top H-IV players by fleet count. Most of them got derbed. Our criteria are not so simple as that. You needed to ask early, be active, and have references in general. You'll notice have a large fleet was NOT one of the criteria I listed. I know we derbed the two largest H-IV fleets for sure...I think we derbed all the H-IV fleets in the top 100 except for one player.

It seems like HIV is one of those things that were really taboo when they first came out but seem to be accepted in recent times or that is how people make them appear to be.
