This question is very cool actually, but let me remind you its only an add-on to the big picture, thus very important.

I believe in Ceti all ended late 2011, but the opposition still had their chance until January this year.Sad they failed to unite and exploit it.

Helion in my opinion was dead when HIV actives refused to fight the power and joined LOVE which was March or April 2012.

Dominance is determined by which guilds have the least amount of opposition. Ceti contenders have about ten times as much fleet as Helion contenders.

Ceti guilds DT, ASG, HGMNY, ITA are extensions of HeiHo and its like that for ages. Opposition are MoJo and BSMF which is 1.7 bil total or maybe less.

PowerVerde, was in WHY exactly at the time they bombarded your blob for bad ratios and heavy losses. Told them, go for their bases not for suicides. Sadly, only ONE person agreed with me. Seems 6 years AE experience failed to make a point and not only that but few days later I was accused in spying for LOVE.WHY leaders sees spies everywhere they look which makes the environment in this guild even worst.Yet they fail to see who the real spy is as there is a working spy in WHY for sure.Its known to me that people like Kraton are masters of the spy game.Not only Kraton ofc, there are 1-2 players in LOVE that can install a spy everywhere they want.

Ceti sounds like a very benevolent server; letting 438 people peacefully coexist for such a long period of time.

Ceti is a cool place. Sad lots of people stop playing it and gave up by deleting their accounts or sim or just queue tech and rings.Many other were deleted by admins for various sins...you know what I mean...

But lets go back to the question LOVE or HeiHo is the ultimate AE guild? We need to take into account the opponents those guilds played against. As WHY/300 definitely far far away from the skill of Devil guild (deceased), our main opponent with huge stronghold into 20s and parts of the teens, SMURF (deceased) with stonghold in 30s and upper 60s or BSMF - a unique guild for AE (deceased, but still in formal existence) located in 45-46-47-48. HIV is same story as WHY, even worst.Half its members abandoned the guild for safety in LOVE. Its going to be fun to see RD and LOVE fighting, then we may decide.Sad it wont happen.

PS Oh, just saw Plex online and remember for GOON. A guild I have nothing but respect for.Sad they failed to unite with the others resistance factions and try holding 40s.But again WHY leaders dont trust anyone so I doubt it is/was possible.
