The war didnt start at all. Ucy manage to kill only 150 mill -Z- inactives. Also Z are full of credits since they killed their inactives before we get there. Since we didnt hit their blob i assume the war is not over yet

Phiman you did say the looser could decide terms of surrender..

In my eyes -z- is the looser .. they have said they lost, and surrendered .. terms are they want 10-30 days rebuild time

U only managed to kill 150 mil because u took so long farming up throu the cluster
U had nearly 2 weeks to move 7 galaxies
Now (if we ever did) z dosnt have the numbers to contest
Therefore z surrendered....now ur saying we can't ?
If thats the case z is out of any and all server talks and ill be discussing disbanding z and merging into another guild because I'm bored of these political mind games.
