Anyways server agreement, can we all just agree not to agree and just blow the crap outta each other when we get bored?? Ok that's pretty much what happens anyways to be fair lol but IMO server agreements are not worth a pretty penny as certain guilds revel in finding ways to exploit such agreements anyways, i mean look at the current pile of giggles and how you decided to iggy it and declare on woys after launch...

I honestly think you should just hush with the server agreement rubbish as it will always favour the arsehole that writes it, in the last case you Critor and by the looks of things the next one too....

Nothing against you personally as i don't really know you but you do strike me as being a Teflon Tony and you've given me no reason to change me opinion to be fair lol.

One other point, What's the point in having a server agreement if there's never anyone going to enforce a breach too, as you know the last one has been breached so many times it's now resembling a 90 year old "any holes a goal" porn star.......

KOR and LYCAN are now new breeding grounds = new entry for all players !

kor and lycan can only feed on derbs provided by a major guild (needs permission from ae for credit transfer rule )

kor and lycan are opposite each other serving major guilds with players?

no major guild member can join kor or lycan unless they stay there permanently

IF a KOR / LYCAN member get the chance to join a major guild they stay there till death

I say leave destructive talks to themselves - if GORR wants to be only out for themselves then so be it. Everyone else, as long as they agree to keeping the server running healthily, will be included.

I like the idea of Kor/Lycan breeding grounds for new players - although new players are few and far between as far as I know.

Bit late in the server for new players dont ya think? The next big crash probably kills the server.

first bit of action in months and no offense, but the people responsible for exploiting every loop hole in the server agreement think now is a good time to refiscuss the terms of it.

we tried to do it via forums the last time, but not enough of the leaders bothered with the forums. It was hard enough getting them all on skype to discuss it. We only actually talked about it a few days before the server wide cf, which we extended, expired.


Im open to suggestions to make ixy fun, but so far theres nothing thats been mentioned that doesnt make the server more of a simhaven than it already is. Its getting to the stage you are almost afraid to attack someone incase they quit

I got a couple of brilliant ideas that'll force everyone to get on learn new ways and have lots of fun....

1. Dissolve all guilds and have a major solo slugfest server wide all against all.....

2. Drop every single player from every guild leaving the GM's only in each guild then have every single player in the server draw straws to see which guild they're gonna be in and have a zero pact server until April 1st

Merge Kor/lycan into MD...that way your doin your bit as the server good guys..

NEW SERVER AGREEMENT: At this stage is of little or no interest to WOYS as we are in the middle of a WAR and a bit late for a chat.

Kor and Lycan in the 20's at this time not to happy about it but I'm willing to except they don't want to get involved.
Lets face it if they did I know a few guilds that would not sit back and watch while we got hit by three guilds.

I do feel they should find a new place to hide as how do we say no to $$$ and Gorr coming to hunt if others are here, I hope all Guilds know that I will not ask for help or expect it while the fight is fairly even it's just not the way I do things.

The only poor move i see by MD is the fact they launched before they decided to inform me of the WAR infact making an agreement with Gorr before informing anyone else, a bit of a pearl harbour move and we know how that turned out.

Why?

Because it's pointless. Less than 700 players on the server now. Let's stop trying to save it and just blow some *beep* up.

The only server agreement rule there should be is guilds 1v1 war and no one other guild can be in the same block as those warring guilds. That's it. Very simple and easy to follow and no way around not being called on it if someone breaks it.

Hell, guilds shouldn't even have to be the same size player amount or fleet amount; if a smaller guild doesn't want to be crushed by a bigger guild then run away. Law of the jungle.

Even perma-occing shouldn't be in the server agreement. If you're not able to fight someone off your bases, then tough. This late in the game everyone should know how to make themselves unprofitable to maintain an occupation on.

Might be a bit harsh but that's just my opinion. Take it how you will.

waste of time and waste of effort and a complete waste of my life reading this dribble.

Its hardly surprising that the infamous Trade Minister/patsy GM now wants these talks. When his guild are in an advantageous position, or the other major guilds are preoccupied with each other then it is perfectly acceptable to jump guilds to make hits, perma occ gates and many other underhand things to get around the "server agreement". Then when it suits them LOLYCAN and KORR are involved and used as meatshield...which is a clear violation of the 1 Vs 1 agreement that if i am not wrong, is the part MD insisted on to the point of real E-Tears and tantrums. Just like Generalololio boob is bawwing about LYCAN being hit and occed once he got his guild involved...you made your choices Mr Trade Minister..now you have to stand by them.

AE is dying. its had its day and the devs have made their money. end of story and it is not our responsibility to keep their game alive. They have been advised and warned hundreds of times over the past 2-3 years and yet all they do is paint pretty pictures and pointless masks. Its like hanging a dress on a pig!

I let others hit my claims for a better derb ratio that ultimately benefited everybody else.

But good job at avoiding the topic.
