To attack other players' fleet or base, follow these steps:

1. Move your fleet to the location of the target fleet/base by selecting your fleet and choosing the 'Move' action. Input the coordinates of the target fleet's location.

2. Once your fleet has arrived at the target location, select your fleet and choose the 'Attack' action. Select the target fleet or base from a list of available targets.

3. Confirm the attack. The battle will occur instantaneously, and you will receive a battle report detailing the results.

Remember, you cannot attack fleets that are in transit or fleets/bases belonging to members of your own guild. Also, consider the diplomatic consequences of attacking other players before launching an attack.
